The Old Nick Village premises comprise of 3 ha. mostly indigenous gardens and historic buildings which are currently being upgraded and re-landscaped, opening up and connecting walk ways with creative installations and child friendly areas to inspire!

This is a recently created prime retail area. It is in the restaurant building and is accessed from the restaurant garden area or optionally from the restaurant itself where it is divided by a sliding door.
Features: The entrance to be defined with a pergola. Surrounded by attractive gardens and in the busiest hub of the Centre.

Stone House – 16sq m.

Very old converted stone garage. Ideal for small studio/retail area.

The Long Term Plan

For many years the Holding family, owners of Old Nick Village, have run in tandem with Mungo, who are unique producers of fine South African textiles. Currently Mungo’s primary retail outlet is at the Old Nick Village and we are planning to maximize the Mungo Experience by constructing the weaving facility on the premises. This will be open to the public for an interactive experience of the little known weaving process. Once this is built there will be other retail opportunities as Mungo relocates to the new building.
