Tell us your story?
We met at a hotel we were both working at in Cambridge, England. I was immediately drawn to Ciaran’s good looks and bad boy attitude 🙂 and Ciaran was smitten by my sassy personality. We had always had the dream of starting a restaurant together that we could call our own instead of doing it for someone else. We also needed to find a place where we could settle as a family and plant some roots to raise Isabella & Connor. Together with a family journey, a few twists and turns and a bit of balls or faith (not sure which one) we found ourselves here in Plettenberg Bay.
What inspired Nice Neighbour?
Definitely our dream of building our own business together as we have gained so much experience over the years working for others and wanted to create a restaurant our way.
Ciaran, is particularly drawn to eastern Mediterranean flavours and dishes at the moment.
